Pretty sure the answer to both of your questions is No. We got there about 10 minutes prior to their opening and stood in line with about 15 to 20 people ahead of us. We were seated quickly once the doors opened. BUT even if you have to wait, the food at this restaurant in East Dublin, GA is worth the wait. Dinner was an unexpected, but pleasant, treat.
